Refund policy

At Aurnesta, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed furniture made to bring lasting character and comfort to your space. We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch.

Returns

We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, installation damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, customization, or made-to-order specifications.

To request a return, please contact us through our customer support email with your order number and relevant photographs/videos of the product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect attributable to Aurnesta, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

For verification, we may request:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A short unboxing/damage video
  • Order details

If the damage or defect is confirmed to be from our side, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only when the product is damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to Aurnesta.

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, size preference, or incorrect personal measurements where the product has been supplied as ordered.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Shipping or handling charges, where applicable, may not be refundable.

Please inspect your furniture carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage, retain the packaging and document the condition of the product before use or installation.
